To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional knowledge of legislative requirements and how work practices can be implemented in a manner that achieves compliance and efficiency;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create heightened consciousness amongst employees;
  • Highly organized in managing time, organizing activities, drafting procedures and correspondence, filing and maintaining a large variety of data.
