Project Coordinator

We currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include planning and execution of capital projects, from conceptual design and feasibility study to final implementation and project sign-off. The successful candidate will be expected to manage timelines, budgets and report progress at regular intervals while maintaining a high-quality standard. Regular interaction and communication between mill personnel, equipment providers and vendors is also expected.

Ideally, the successful candidate for this position will have experience with manufacturing in an engineering and/or project management roll, advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management and experience in the following:

  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Project
  • Enterprise Asset Management Software
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & Power Point

A Degree in Electrical Engineering is considered an asset.
