Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We currently have a full-time position available for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, data entry and report generation, general administrative support and other duties as assigned. Cross-training and providing backup for other administrative roles will also be required.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an office position;
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to efficiently prioritize;
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Strong time-management ability and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
